Residential Cleaner (Part-Time)

Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20–35 hours per week

Immaculate Home Commercial Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Evansville and the surrounding region. We help our clients keep their spaces clean and comfortable, giving them more time for the people and things that matter to them.

We're looking for dependable residential cleaners who take pride in their work and want a flexible, part-time job with a company that values its team.

Let's be honest: cleaning isn't easy work. You'll spend much of your day on your feet, moving between homes, and tackling everything from everyday upkeep to areas that need extra attention. It takes physical stamina, attention to detail, good time management, and a willingness to do the job right.

The reward is seeing the difference you've made, working with clients who appreciate your efforts, and having the flexibility to build a schedule that works for your life.

Most residential cleans take approximately 3–5 hours, and cleaners typically complete one or two homes per day. Workdays average around eight hours, depending on the schedule and assignments.

• Clean clients' homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean surfaces throughout the home.
• Follow client priorities and company standards to ensure each space receives the attention it needs.
• Handle clients' belongings and personal spaces with care and respect.
• Arrive on time and communicate reliably with the team.
• Report any concerns, damage, or safety issues you notice while working.
• Work independently and alongside other cleaners when needed.

Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn and a dependable work ethic matter most.

All applicants must participate in a preliminary clean with one of our trainers to demonstrate their ability to perform the role and meet the Immaculate Standard.
