Senior Property Manager

PROPERTY MANAGER (RETAIL) – CHARLOTTE, NC

A well-established and growing real estate investment and management firm is looking to hire an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail assets in the Charlotte market.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in retail property management and leasing, who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in maximizing asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a retail property portfolio

• Drive leasing activity including new deals, renewals, and negotiations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors

• Manage budgets, operating expenses, and financial reporting

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects

• Monitor occupancy levels and implement strategies to maximize NOI

• Work closely with ownership and senior leadership on asset strategy

Requirements

• 3 years of property management experience (retail preferred)

• Proven leasing experience within retail/commercial assets

• Strong understanding of leases, CAM reconciliations, and financials

• Excellent communication and tenant management skills

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency with property management systems (Yardi, AppFolio, etc.)
