  • Proven experience in a preschool, daycare, private school, or early childhood education setting.
  • Strong understanding of childhood development, toddler care, and developmentally appropriate practices.
  • Experience in curriculum development across literacy, math, physical education, sensory learning, and play-based instruction.
  • Demonstrated classroom management skills with a compassionate and patient approach.
  • Knowledge of special education practices and early intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and team members.
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain preferred.
  • Background in physical education, tutoring, or inclusive recreation programs is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

  • A compassionate educator who believes every child deserves to feel included, respected, and celebrated.
  • High energy, creativity, and patience in a fast-paced child-centered environment.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet a wide range of learning and sensory needs.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
