Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Birthday Party Manager located in Durham, NC. The Birthday Party Manager will oversee all aspects of planning, organizing, and executing birthday parties and special events hosted at the gym. Responsibilities include coordinating party logistics, managing event-day activities, ensuring safety and an exceptional customer experience, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the party area, and directly engaging with families to address their needs during events. Additionally, the manager will ensure that party supplies are stocked and that all activities align with the company's inclusivity and safety standards.
