GSM Metals Jewelry Inspector

Position Overview

GSM Metals is seeking a detail-oriented Jewelry Inspector to inspect unfinished, semi-

finished, and finished jewelry to ensure all products meet quality and customer

specifications. $16 per hour

Key Responsibilities

 Perform visual and dimensional inspections

 Identify and document defects (scratches, nicks, etc.)

 Inspect vendor materials and prepare items for shipment

 Read specifications and use inspection tools

 Record results and follow quality and safety procedures

Qualifications

 High school diploma or equivalent

 Inspection or manufacturing experience preferred

 Basic math and computer skills

Requirements

 Vision must meet 20/20 standard (with or without corrective lenses) and pass

annual Jaeger eye test

 Strong hand dexterity with small components

 Ability to sit for extended periods

 Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
