Job Title: Parent Host (Customer Experience Assistant)
Location: Syracuse Sports Center @ The MACC
Pay: $27 per session
Schedule: Saturday mornings from 8:45 am to 11:15 am. There are 2 sessions held during this time.

We Make Footballers Syracuse is part of the UK’s #1 youth soccer development academy. Our Syracuse Academy delivers high-quality, fun soccer training for children ages 4–12, with a focus on development, confidence, and community.
Job Description:
As a Parent Host, you’ll be the friendly face of our academy - managing check-ins, supporting families, and keeping sessions organized. You’ll also contribute to our Instagram stories and provide behind-the-scenes content.
Responsibilities:
- Greet families and sign in players
- Keep accurate registers and manage entry
- Upload Instagram stories and short videos
- Support the Academy Manager with parent questions
- Build a welcoming, professional environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Positive, organized, and reliable
- Great with children and families
- Comfortable using social media
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Available on Saturday mornings from 8:45 am to 11:15 am
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
