Job Title: Senior Coach (Lead Coach)
Location: Game Point Sports Complex
Pay: $30 per session
Schedule: Tuesday evenings from 4:55 pm to 7:40 pm. There are 2 sessions held during this time.
About Us:
We Make Footballers Syracuse is part of the UK’s #1 youth soccer development academy. Our Syracuse Academy delivers high-quality, fun soccer training for children ages 4–12, with a focus on development, confidence, and community.
Job Description:
Lead up to 20 players per group at our weekly training sessions. As a Senior Coach, you’ll be trusted to manage your station independently while collaborating with assistant coaches and providing feedback to the Academy Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Run drills aligned with We Make Footballers curriculum
- Supervise and mentor junior coaches
- Set up your session
- Help set up and take down equipment
- Communicate with families post-session
Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years coaching kids (preferably 4–12 age range)
- USSF Grassroots License preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Available on Tuesday evenings from 4:55 pm to 7:40 pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
