Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment to clean surfaces and floors effectively.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces to maintain a dust-free environment.
- Communicate professionally with team to understand the specific cleaning needs.
- Maintain a high level of time management to complete assigned tasks promptly without compromising quality
- Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use for personal safety and environmental responsibility
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, janitorial or custodial roles preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday
- Demonstrated reliability with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
