Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Las Vegas, NV. The Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee accounts receivable operations, including monitoring invoicing and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies. Daily responsibilities include managing credit processes, reconciliations, and collections, as well as working closely with clients to address outstanding payments. The role also involves generating financial reports, analyzing accounts receivable data, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide insights for improved operational processes
- Proficiency in Finance and Credit Management to manage collections, establish credit terms, and ensure adherence to policies
- Experience with Invoicing processes and Accounting principles to ensure the accurate management of receivables
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities to supervise a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial management tools and software; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a bonus
