We are seeking a skilled and driven Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations during the 1st shift. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth functioning of our plant equipment, facilities, and production processes, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and team leadership.

• Oversee maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems across the facility.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and uphold safety standards.
• Manage capital and expense budgets for maintenance projects.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team to meet operational goals.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility upgrades and repairs.
• Utilize CAD and PLC systems for equipment and layout planning.
• Maintain refrigeration systems and ensure optimal performance.
• Handle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/electrical fields.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in manufacturing (meat industry preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, CAD, and PLC equipment.
• Knowledge of refrigeration principles and electrical systems.
• Experience in project management and budget oversight.
• Ability to lead teams and manage contractor/vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance.

• Exposure to varying temperatures (-40°F to 110°F) and noise levels.
• Use of PPE including safety glasses and hearing protection.
• Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs and walking throughout the facility.
