What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Researcher position at We Are The People Team?
Who are we?
We’re partnering with an LA based agency working at the intersection of strategy, culture and client management. They partner with ambitious organisations to help them find clarity, shape compelling ideas and create work that resonates in the real world.
The team brings together thinkers, makers and problem-solvers who care deeply about craft and impact. We believe the best creative work is both rigorous and imaginative — grounded in insight, but brave in execution.
When meaning is clear, decisions become braver, creativity gains force, and organizations move with conviction. This is a place for people who want their work to feel alive — grounded in humanity, sharp in ambition, and powerful in its impact.
They operate across sectors and disciplines, collaborating closely with our partners to navigate complexity, unlock opportunity and build meaningful momentum. If you’re curious, collaborative and motivated by the chance to shape work that matters, you’ll feel at home here.
You’ll be joining a group of creative & empathetic researchers based in LA, NYC, and London. They bring thoughtfulness and heart to everything they do, genuinely enjoy each others’ company, thinking, talking, and exploring people, culture, and brands. You’ll be entering the ground floor of a growing office in Los Angeles and helping not just to grow our presence with clients, but grow our culture in the West Coast.
