I’m working with a growing Philadelphia business litigation boutique handling sophisticated disputes for clients ranging from entrepreneurs and privately held businesses through to major national and Fortune 100 companies.

The Firm

• Serious Business Litigation: Handle business divorce, fiduciary-duty claims, fraud, Civil RICO, contract disputes, restrictive covenants, trade secrets and other complex commercial matters.
• Plaintiff Defense Experience: Represent clients on both sides of significant disputes, developing a broader and more strategic litigation skillset.
• Real Courtroom Culture: Join a team that is regularly in court and prepared to take matters through trial rather than simply managing discovery-heavy litigation.

The Role

• Take Real Ownership: Play a meaningful role in strategy and case management rather than being confined to one component of a large litigation team.
• Full Litigation Lifecycle: Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, substantive motion practice, hearings, settlement strategy and trial preparation.
• Broad Commercial Exposure: Build experience across shareholder disputes, business torts, contracts, restrictive covenants, trade secrets and related commercial matters.
• Direct Client Access: Work closely with clients and senior attorneys while developing the judgment required to independently manage increasingly sophisticated matters.
