We Are Legal Revolution is working discreetly with a recognized international full service firm with Chambers and Legal 500 rankings seeking a Senior Commercial Financial Services Litigation Attorney to join its Los Angeles, CA office on a fully remote basis.

This role offers direct access to sophisticated nationwide financial services and commercial real estate disputes, with meaningful responsibility from day one. You will work closely with senior partners on high value matters for major financial institutions, gaining substantive ownership of cases and a credible platform for long term advancement within a collaborative, development focused environment.

The Role

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts across the United States
• Represent financial institutions, servicers and lenders in workouts, foreclosures, note sales, receiverships and secured creditor remedies
• Handle litigation and loan servicing disputes involving commercial mortgage backed securities and related structures
• Manage contested bankruptcy matters, UCC sales, mezzanine loan enforcement, replevin actions and lender liability defenses
• Appear in arbitrations, including AAA, and oversee teams on commercial lease, title insurance and business disputes

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Financial Services Litigation Attorney with:

• Minimum 8 years of complex commercial litigation experience, ideally including lead or co lead responsibility
• Significant experience representing financial institutions, loan servicers or lenders in high value disputes
• Strong background in commercial real estate litigation and secured creditor remedies in federal and state courts
• J D from an accredited law school and active Texas bar or ability to obtain promptly
• Experience managing cases independently, leading teams and delivering clear written and oral advocacy

Compensation & Benefits

• $295,000 to $315,000 base salary depending on experience
• Performance based bonus opportunity
