Location/Schedule: White Plains, NY (Hybrid – 4 days in office)
Base Salary: Up to $190k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Trusts & Estates – Sophisticated estate planning, probate, trust administration, and contested T&E litigation for high-net-worth individuals and families.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and sophisticated estate planning documents.
- Manage probate proceedings, trust administration, and fiduciary accountings for high-value estates.
- Handle contested trusts and estates litigation, including will contests and fiduciary disputes.
- Advise high-net-worth clients on tax planning, charitable giving, business succession, and asset protection strategies.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active NY bar.
- 3–7 years of trusts & estates experience with strong drafting and client counseling skills.
