Key Duties:
- Defend complex insurance defense matters for major carriers and corporate insureds
- Manage cases from investigation through discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial
- Handle high-exposure claims involving general liability, products liability, and related issues
- Work closely with partners and clients on strategy and case resolution
Requirements:
- JD and active Florida bar
- 3–7 years of strong insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience
- Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
