What You'll Be Doing
• Represent commercial policyholders in first- and third-party insurance coverage disputes
• Handle complex commercial, construction, environmental, and business interruption matters
• Draft coverage analyses, dispositive motions, and legal memoranda
• Develop litigation strategy and negotiate high-value insurance recoveries
• Work directly with sophisticated corporate clients throughout all stages of litigation
Core Requirements
• 4 years of dedicated insurance coverage experience
• Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
• Policyholder or carrier-side insurance coverage experience
• Ability to independently manage sophisticated coverage matters
• Philadelphia-based or strong ties to the Greater Philadelphia market
Preferred Background
• Policyholder insurance coverage experience
• First- and third-party commercial coverage disputes
• New York or PA Bar admission
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional legal writing skills
