I am currently working with a Mid-Size firm based in New Jersey who are actively seeking an Employment Attorney to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires. Here are the headlines:

The Role 💼

• Work Across Employment & Labor Matters in the Public Sector -Handle a broad mix of employment issues including disciplinary matters, workplace investigations, discrimination claims, and compliance with state and federal employment laws!
• Gain Hands-On Exposure to Litigation & Advisory Work - Support and manage employment disputes from inception through resolution, including hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings!
• Develop Case Strategy and Risk Mitigation Solutions - Oversee complex legal research and apply deep knowledge of employment law to shape litigation strategy and deliver proactive risk management guidance.
• Draft and Oversee Key Legal Documents - Review and finalize tribunal pleadings, settlement agreements, policies, and advisory documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client objectives.

• Up to $150K Base
