I am currently working with a Full-Service Law Firm, based in Long Island, who are actively seeking an Attorney to join their team as they look to make expansion hires into the business. In terms of the firm itself, here are some headlines:

The Role
- Lead Complex Commercial Litigation Matters - Manage a broad portfolio of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes and other business torts
- Develop Case Strategy and Drive Outcomes -Formulate and execute litigation strategies, overseeing all phases of disputes including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
- Courtroom Advocacy and Dispute Resolution - Lead appearances in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation, handling hearings, depositions, and trials with confidence and strategic insight.
- Client Advisory and Relationship Management - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear, commercially focused guidance on risk, exposure, and dispute resolution strategies while building long-term client relationships.
