Day-to-Day
- Handle serious injury and wrongful death cases from sign-up through trial – auto crashes, premises liability, medical malpractice, and mass torts
- Draft demands, complaints, and discovery while building million-dollar damage presentations with life-care planners and economists
- Take and defend depositions of corporate reps, treating physicians, and defense experts across Florida
- Argue substantive motions and Daubert hearings to keep your cases on track for trial
- First- or second-chair jury trials in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and federal courts with a team that tries 20 cases per year
