Key Duties:
- Defend workers’ compensation claims on behalf of carriers, self-insureds, and employers
- Manage cases from investigation through hearings, mediations, and appeals
- Handle discovery, medical evaluations, depositions, and motion practice
- Advise clients on claims strategy, exposure, and resolution
- Coordinate with colleagues across practice groups when matters intersect with other liability issues
Requirements:
- JD and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
- 2–6 years of workers’ compensation defense or strong related litigation experience
- Solid organizational, writing, and client communication skills
