Key Duties:
- Defend insurance defense and general liability matters in New Jersey courts
- Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial
- Advise carriers and insureds on strategy and resolution
- Handle a mix of casualty, premises, and related defense files
Requirements:
- JD and active New Jersey bar
- 3–7 years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
- Strong writing and advocacy skills
