I am currently working with a Mid-Size firm based in Manhattan who are actively seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires in their Practice. Here are the headlines:

• National AV Rated Mid-Size Law Firm expanding further - Looking to make multiple hires to add to their 150 Attorney headcount – with every Equity Partner here starting out as an Associate or Intern!
• Above Market Pay Rate - Attracting talent from Larger Firms due to their competitive pay and lucrative bonus structure – with earning potential close to $300k!
• Lower than Industry Average Billable hour target - Take control of your work/life balance with a billable target of 1800 – and bonus incentive after this target!

The Role 💼

• Assist in Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation - Evaluate and litigate complex third-party coverage disputes; providing strategic guidance from initial coverage opinions through resolution.
• Deliver High-Impact Legal Research and Strategy - Conduct sophisticated analysis of case law, statutes, and policy language to develop proactive, results-driven litigation and coverage strategies.
• Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings - Prepare and review pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage opinions, and discovery with precision, ensuring consistency with case strategy and client objectives.
• Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth - Build and maintain strong insurer and client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand coverage and defense work.
