Join Our Onboarding Team 💫

Help us welcome new volunteers with care and clarity! As part of the onboarding team, you’ll

• 🌱 Check platforms like Idealist twice a week for new interest and outreach opportunities
• 📬 Respond promptly to all incoming emails with warmth and helpfulness
• ❓ Answer questions thoroughly and ensure each new member feels seen and supported
• 🔗 Guide new volunteers through the process of joining our server and introduce them to a member of the welcome team.
