The Restoration Technician plays a crucial role in mitigating and repairing damage caused by water, fire, and other disasters. This position involves working both independently and in small teams, traveling regularly to various job sites, and handling both routine and emergency restoration tasks. The technician uses a combination of manual techniques and advanced technology to ensure effective site assessment, cleanup, and repair, all while maintaining strict safety standards and delivering excellent customer service. Tech I will have 0-1 years experiance and tech II will have 1-3 years experiance.
Responsibilities
- Perform water damage repair and fire damage cleanup efficiently

- Document restoration processes and customer interactions accurately
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain procedures and progress
