What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and oversee water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation projects
- Set up and monitor advanced drying systems (dehumidifiers, air movers, HEPA air scrubbers)
- Perform moisture inspections and digital documentation
- Train and mentor junior technicians
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and property managers
- Perform controlled demolition when necessary (CAT 3 and beyond)
- Follow IICRC standards and company protocols
This role requires both physical work and technical skill. We are looking for professionals who take pride in doing the job right.
Qualifications
- 2 years of restoration experience preferred
- IICRC WRT / ASD certifications preferred (we will invest in the right candidate)
- Experience leading or mentoring technicians is a plus
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
