What You’ll Do as a Service Technician
As a Service Technician at WCTractor, you’ll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on a wide range of agricultural equipment, construction machinery, and small engines — from compact tractors and lawn equipment to skid steers and larger diesel-powered units.
Responsibilities include:

Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs both in the shop and in the field

Assemble, inspect, and test new equipment during setup

Document all work performed with accuracy and attention to detail

Collaborate with parts and service teams to ensure timely completion of work orders

Maintain a clean and organized work area and uphold shop safety standards

Stay current with industry knowledge and participate in training opportunities

Provide excellent customer service in all interactions
What You Bring to the Role

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
1 year of related experience (ag, construction, small engine, or auto preferred)

Your own basic tool set

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-
Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs. multiple times per day

A mechanical mindset, strong work ethic, and willingness to keep learning
