Parts Manager Responsibilities
Oversee daily parts operations and maintain inventory levels to keep service and repair work moving efficiently
Monitor stock, anticipate future parts needs, and manage suggested orders
Ensure accuracy, quality, and security of parts inventory
Support customer satisfaction by delivering fast, helpful parts service
Develop and train parts staff to provide excellent service to internal and external customers
Foster teamwork, communication, and consistency within the department
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts environment that reflects the WCTractor standard
Qualifications:
Parts Manager Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include:
- Associate degree or equivalent preferred
- One year of related experience required
- Strong customer service background
- Computer proficiency required
- Ability to stand for up to eight hours at a time
- Leadership skills and a desire to build a positive team culture are highly valued
