What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to in-shop technician for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural equipment, with a strong emphasis on hay/forage tools and implements.
Your day-to-day will include:

Advanced diagnostics and repairs on tractors, hay equipment, and light construction machinery

Performing set-up, inspections, maintenance, and full repairs

Providing customers with straightforward, reliable communication

Documenting work performed and keeping accurate service records

Staying current with manufacturer updates and training

Following safety guidelines like a professional (because you are one)
Service Technician Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
A technician who’s confident working on hay tools and can troubleshoot and repair equipment with efficiency and accuracy.
Minimum requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year of equipment repair experience (agriculture experience preferred; hay equipment experience is a big plus)

A full set of tools

Valid driver's license

Ability to lift 75 lbs and push/pull 150 lbs throughout the day
Bonus points for:

Experience with balers, rakes, cutters, and related hay implements

Kubota certification or background with competing brands

Strong common sense and problem-solving instincts

Good communication skills with customers and teammates
