Position Summary As an Equipment Sales Representative at our Jasper location, you will generate new leads and grow our current customer base. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential for the right candidate. We are looking for motivated, self-directed individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and understand the value of relationship-based selling.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new sales leads within the Jasper area
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs and promotions
- Prepare sales paperwork and maintain accurate client records
- Stay current on inventory, new products, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Associate's degree required
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Hay equipment knowledge or sales experience a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications
