WCS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide services for a large social service organization located in Westchester County. A qualified candidate would provide care to the OPWDD patient population across two residences located throughout Westchester County. The RN delivers comprehensive nursing services by conducting assessments, developing care plans, providing inventions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team.

- Coordinate mandated evaluations (physicals, dental, eye/vision, audio) to OPWDD patient population.
- Follow up on medical recommendations; collaborate with the IDT to promote individual strengths.
- Assess individuals at least once per week.
- Report on health status at quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reviews.
- Collaborate with families/advocates on medical/health care needs.
- Review immunization records for compliance and administer immunizations/tests.
- Ensure safe and accurate medication administration.
- NYS RN License
- CPR Certification
- Experience working with I/DD or OPWDD patients
