Role Overview
The Project Engineer supports field leadership by managing materials, quality control, documentation, and administrative tasks. You will coordinate resources, assist in schedule management, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while helping the team deliver exceptional results for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Project Administration (35%) – Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, procurement, change requests, and closeout documentation. Support risk management and daily project operations.
Contract & Scope Support (25%) – Assist with subcontracts, purchase orders, and contract compliance in Procore.
Safety Oversight (5%) – Help enforce jobsite safety protocols.
Project Support (15%) – Coordinate with PMs, Superintendents, and subcontractors on daily tasks and workflow.
Project Closeout (20%) – Lead punch list completion, compile O&M manuals, warranties, and final closeout documentation for the owner.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OR 4 years of progressive construction experience.
- Safety-conscious with hazard recognition skills.
- Familiarity with ASTA or similar scheduling software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and client service skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contracts.
- Experience managing RFIs, ASIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Knowledge of site work, structural systems, building exteriors, finishes, and layout.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with Procore, OSHA 10, and First Aid/CPR preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
