Role Description This Professional Life Coach (Commission) role at WCD Coaching Inc. is a contract, on-site position based in Greensboro, NC. The coach will conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching sessions, guiding clients through structured frameworks to clarify their goals, identify strengths, and address limiting beliefs. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, designing tailored development plans, and facilitating goal-setting and accountability check-ins. The coach will document client progress, maintain accurate records, and provide clear action steps between sessions. Additional tasks may involve contributing to workshop delivery, supporting client onboarding, and collaborating with the founder to refine coaching programs and materials.
Qualifications
- Strong Life Coaching and Coaching skills, with the ability to guide clients through structured frameworks and personalized growth plans.
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, asking powerful questions, and providing clear, constructive feedback.
- Experience in Training and facilitating sessions, workshops, or group programs focused on professional or personal growth.
- Demonstrated commitment to Personal Development, with a track record of applying mindset, performance, or leadership tools in practice.
- Relevant certification in coaching or related fields (e.g., life coaching, career coaching, leadership development) preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Greensboro, NC, manage a commission-based, client-facing role, and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in scheduling and follow-up, and comfort using basic digital tools for client notes and scheduling.
