' Manage CEO’s Administrative Office Management & Clerical responsibilities. Assist in planning and managing social events for clients.
- Manage CEO's Office and Clerical Tasks
- Organize frequent client events with attention to detail.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support project coordination and office management tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure operational efficiency.'
- 'Qualifications''
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Clerical bookkeepping skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience with event planning is preferred.
- High level of computer literacy and attention to detail.'
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
