Starting rate of pay: $32.27
Position Description:
The Wayzata Kids Site Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the Wayzata Kids (before and after school) program at Kimberly Lane Elementary School.
The Wayzata Kids Site Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the program. They are also responsible for the individual site’s program development and administration. The Site Manager supervises the Wayzata Kids site staff, supports students and families, and collaborates with our Youth Classes Specialist to offer youth classes at their site.
We are looking for an energetic individual who demonstrates that they are well-organized, detailed-oriented and responsive to the needs of the program, staff, and children. We are looking for a person that is excited to work in a fast-paced, busy environment with school staff, program staff, and families.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, have the ability to build relationships, and have experience in conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will also have good knowledge of child development (preschool - fifth grade), restitution, and teaching of social skills. The candidate must demonstrate positive and effective working relationships with children, staff, families, administration, and the school community. Experience with School Age Care site leadership, Certification, and special needs preferred.
