Over the course of our 10-12 week internship experience you will have the opportunity to:
Internship opportunities are available in the following locations: Puget Sound WA, Hazelwood, MO, Mesa, AZ , and North Charleston, SC .
These positions are expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Some of these positions may require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2026
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources field via education (obtained or currently pursuing degree in Human Resources, Industrial & Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, Management, Analytics, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development) or relevant work experience
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date on or after August 2026
- Currently majoring in one of following: Human Resources, Industrial & Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, Management, Analytics, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, or related field
- Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.0 or above)
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills as demonstrated through leadership positions on teams and/or in student or civic organizations
- Exceptional communication skills and interest and enthusiasm related to Human Resources
