ADAS/AD Algorithm Developer Intern - ASUX

Your Role

As an ADAS/AD Algorithm Developer Intern, you’ll work on advanced driver assistance and automated driving technologies that shape the future of mobility. You’ll contribute to motion planning, control strategies, and ADAS/AD feature development for key programs like Stellantis Thunder, CEER, and platform development. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in algorithm development, performance optimization, and real-world automotive applications.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn ADAS/AD development processes, tools, and workflows while gaining a foundational understanding of vehicle dynamics and control strategies.
• Develop scripts for statistical analysis of feature performance and derive KPIs to objectively evaluate ADAS/AD functionality.
• Build an offline optimization tool to adjust control parameters (e.g., deviation, overshoot, settle time) and reduce manual tuning efforts.
• Create an online optimization algorithm for real-time control parameter adaptation to enhance feature performance during operation.
• Collaborate with engineers on feature reliability and efficiency improvements, contributing to projects that minimize tuning efforts, improve performance, and accelerate development cycles.
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in ADAS/AD technologies, control systems, and algorithm development.
• Basic programming skills (Python, MATLAB, or similar).
• Familiarity with vehicle dynamics and control concepts is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers and engineers.
