Position Summary:
Do you love working with children of all ages? Join our team as a Part-Time Substitute Teacher and help create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Every day is different, meaningful, and full of energy.

Pay & Schedule
Starting Pay: $14.50/hour
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 6:30AM-5:45PM
Schedule: Part-Time
Schedule will be published weekly based on program needs and candidate availability.

What You’ll Do
As an Substitute Teacher, you’ll jump in to support our classrooms and help create a save, fun, and engaging environment for children.
In this role, you will:
· Help lead fun, age-appropriate activities and learning experiences that keep kids engaged
· Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
· Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
· Use positive guidance to encourage good behavior and problem-solving
· Help maintain a clean and organized classroom
· Assist with daily routines including meals, hygiene, and transitions
· Communicate with families and team members
· Help maintain required documentation and licensing standards

Requirements
What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, you should:
· Be at least 16 years old
· Have a high school diploma or GED (or in progress)
· Have childcare experience (preferred, not required – we’re happy to train the right person)
· Have reliable transportation and a strong commitment to being on time
· Feel confident interacting with children and communicating with parents
· Be willing and able to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Mandatory Reporter, etc.)
· Be able to stay active throughout your shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
· Have the ability to meet background check and health screening requirements
