About the Company
Our client is building AI-powered compliance analysts that automate AML, KYC, KYB, and transaction monitoring workflows for banks and fintechs globally. Banks spend $50B a year hiring thousands of analysts to review alerts and fill out reports by hand. The space has seen very little innovation, and it's not glamorous. This is why they are building the intelligence layer that protects the entire financial system.
The Role
They are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO across every function in the business - Product, Ops, People, Strategy, Sales, GTM, and Marketing. You will be the right hand partner to the founder driving all strategic initiatives and Executive projects to the end.
This opportunity brings excitement and challenges as the work changes week to week. This could entail preparing materials for bank deals, coordinating product launches, running a partnership evaluation, increasing internal operational efficiency, or even building out a hiring process. Your focus will be on whatever has the highest leverage, and making sure that planning and strategy turns to successful execution.
Over time, you will help build the foundation for future teams across marketing, product, customer success, etc. You will shape the roles and ultimately be the individual to set the bar.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the CEO on all things across their plate - strategic planning, board/investor communications, quarterly objectives and special projects
- Drive cross-functional execution and collaboration between engineering, product, operations, and sales to deliver results
- Lead high-priority special projects and initiatives that don’t yet have a dedicated owner — building the systems and processes that allow the company’s scalability.
- Own the internal operating cadence (OKRs, leadership meetings, company-wide updates, and documentation).
- Support hiring & org design as they scale, ensuring the continued success of the business with the right people & processes in place.
- Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, identifying gaps, simplifying complexity, and helping anticipate what’s around the corner.
