Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Commercial Estimator located in Waynesboro, PA. The Commercial Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects by analyzing blueprints, proposals, and other documentation. Additional responsibilities include understanding project requirements, preparing budgets, collaborating with project managers to support project planning, and communicating with clients and subcontractors to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Construction Estimating and Budgeting, including understanding of cost analysis and evaluation.
- Knowledge and experience in Project Management, with the ability to coordinate and manage project requirements effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in relevant construction and estimating software.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
