Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Faculty position specializing in Business and Economics with a focus on Operations/Supply Chain Management or Finance. The position is located at our campus in Wayne, NE. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses, developing curricula, advising and mentoring students, conducting research in your field of expertise, and contributing to departmental and institutional service initiatives. Faculty members are also expected to engage with the academic community through research presentations and publications, as well as foster connections with industry professionals to enhance the program's reach and relevance.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in required; earned Doctorate preferred. Earned Doctorate required for tenure within 6 years of employment at WSC.
- The successful applicant should be able to teach courses in Finance or Supply Chain Management. Ability to teach courses in analytics is a plus.
