Supply Room Associate - 3rd Shift

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Primarily distributes supplies to employees (smock, gloves, etc). Restocks vending machines, some computer work. Must always use and maintain personal protective equipment, and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.

Job Description & Duties

• Must have forklift operator experience
• Hand out supplies and record them on the employee usage form
• Inventory and filling out necessary paperwork
• Reorder supplies weekly as needed
• Restock supplies when they arrive
• Monitor supply usage and waste
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, twisting, bending, walking reaching, for extended periods of time.
• Use of arms and shoulders for extended periods of time while giving out supplies like shovels and other equipment
• Occasionally lift objects up to 40 pounds
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• General knowledge of cleaning procedures and GMP’s
• General math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Some computer skills or able to learn and run computer to key in supplies daily.
• Able to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
• Good communication skills
