Manager, Employee Services (Workday Case Management) – Hybrid
We’re looking for a people-focused Employee Services Manager to lead a team dedicated to delivering a high-quality, responsive employee experience. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on expertise in Workday—specifically Workday Case Management—with strong leadership capabilities to guide your team, improve processes, and ensure employees receive timely, accurate support.
This is a hybrid role, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Employee Services representatives, setting clear expectations and supporting their growth
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the employee services function, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of HR inquiries
- Manage and improve workflows within Workday Case Management, ensuring cases are tracked, resolved, and documented effectively
- Serve as an escalation point for complex or sensitive employee issues
- Partner with cross-functional HR teams (payroll, benefits, talent, etc.) to resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Monitor team performance and service trends, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience
- Promote a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Required: Strong, hands-on experience with Workday, including Workday Case Management
- Proven experience leading and developing a team in an HR shared services, employee services, or similar environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach others and handle escalated situations effectively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and follow-through
