- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, update customer data, and manage the sales pipeline efficiently
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to nurture leads, upsell additional products or services, and maintain ongoing communication
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach campaigns aimed at increasing inbound inquiries and expanding market reach
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create a positive customer experience in every interaction
- Maintain organized records of all customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities to ensure seamless sales support
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales environments with a focus on high-end or retail products preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell and close deals effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline efficiently

- Previous dealership or automotive sales experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
