Responsibilities
Generate new personal lines business through networking, referrals, and inbound leads
Provide coverage recommendations for Homeowners, Auto, Umbrella, and related personal lines products
Educate clients on policy options and guide them through the insurance selection process
Build long-term client relationships to support renewals, retention, and cross-selling
Prepare quotes, submit applications, and bind coverage accurately
Stay informed on carrier products, underwriting requirements, and market trends
Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty License (required)
Personal lines insurance sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable using CRM systems, quoting platforms, and online tools
Compensation
Two compensation structures are available:
Base Commission
Commission-Only (higher payout structure)
