We are searching for an experienced full-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our growing Accounting team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing and payment of invoices for the Company.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing assigned vendor accounts
- Matching packing slips to invoices
- Processing invoices against purchase orders
- Preparing for daily and monthly check runs
- Troubleshooting and resolving vendor invoice issues
- Maintaining files and data entry
Must Haves:
- Detail orientation and ability to handle multiple priorities with a high volume of work.
- Strong computer, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
