Salary Grade: Specialist
Location: Main Street Corporate Office
Duties: Responsible for supporting a broad range of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, leave administration. Assists with the full-cycle recruitment process by coordinating interviews, preparing employment offers, conducting new hire onboarding, and facilitating orientation sessions. Maintains employee records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Assists with the administration of employee benefit programs, serves as a resource for employee benefit inquiries. Assists with the administration of leave programs, employee performance management processes. Prepares HR reports, maintains personnel files, supports employee engagement initiatives and events. Provides guidance to employees and managers on Human Resources policies, procedures, and employment-related questions while delivering exceptional internal customer service.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Working knowledge of employment laws, Human Resources best practices, and HRIS systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective working relationships throughout the organization.
Experience: A minimum of 2–4 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience is preferred. Experience in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration and leave administration preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Professional Human Resources certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
