Overview
We are looking for a motivated, resourceful, customer-driven individual to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator. This position serves as a welcoming presence to all patients, vendors, and guests while offering day-to-day expertise in practice-level functions. This role is provided direction and responsibility for various administrative and clinical tasks daily and is assigned those responsibilities by the Practice Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for patients, vendors, and guests — always with a warm and welcoming attitude
Manage front office operations, including scheduling, check-ins/check-outs, and insurance coordination
Provide administrative and occasional clinical support under the guidance of the Practice Leader
Maintain a high standard of customer service and patient care at all times
Motivated, dependable, and resourceful individual
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Education and Experience
- High School Degree.
- Prior front desk experience in a medical or dental office.
- People management or staff/ project coordination experience.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of periods of standing and bending.
- Must be able to lift <15 pounds at times.
