This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Boston HQ (Monday-Thursday will be working in office and Friday is work from home). This is not a virtual / remote position.

What You’ll Do
- Drive the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and offer negotiation, to meet established metrics.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and peers through clear, frequent communication and reporting.
- Effectively set and manage expectations with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, while educating them on the recruiting lifecycle.
- Deliver a world-class candidate experience by applying empathy and transparency with candidates.
- Leverage data and critical thinking to diagnose recruiting challenges and guide search strategy.
- Around 1 year of professional experience in full-cycle recruitment or sourcing, ideally within a fast-paced environment or a staffing agency.
- An interest in or foundational understanding of technical hiring, particularly in areas like Software Engineering, Data Science/Machine Learning, Analytics, or Product Management.
- Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and thrive in an environment with competing demands.
- Comfort with a data-driven environment and the ability to use metrics to inform decision-making.
- Strong partnership skills, an action-oriented mindset, and an ability to be responsive, tactful, and diplomatic.
