The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role within Wayfair’s Supply Chain function by ensuring the efficient flow of products from the moment they arrive until they are ready to be shipped to customers. This position is responsible for the physical and administrative tasks involved in receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise. You will handle everything from checking goods against invoices to packaging and preparing items for shipment, while also maintaining accurate records. The Warehouse Associate is essential for maintaining the integrity of our inventory and directly contributes to a seamless customer delivery experience.
