Inventory & Shipping Associate - Milford, MA

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate with inventory and shipping/receiving experience to support operations in our food production facility. 

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with inventory processes, basic computer use, and working in refrigerated and freezer environments.

• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments
• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against invoices 
• Stock all warehouse shelves with product
• Ensure proper product rotation using "First In, First Out" method
• Conduct daily and weekly inventory of production items noting "Use By" dates. 
• Complete all daily QA receiving logs and packing slips
• Pick and deliver to Production all product for scheduled recipes
• Assist with inventory control and organization
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
• Ensure adherence to procedures, including GMP requirements, food safety, and plant personnel safety

Schedule:

• 1st Shift - 6:00am to 4:30pm
• 4-day work week 
• Must be available to work Sundays

• Warehouse or Inventory experience preferred
• Basic computer skills: data entry, inventory systems, email
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to lift and move products as required
• Reliable; able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Must be comfortable working in temperature-controlled areas, including refrigerated or freezer zones
